ScanTRAX CSI® is a complete service evaluation tracking system. The ScanTrax hangtag serves as a dispatch number with key tag and claim check. But it’s so much more than just a mirror hangtag.

It’s a management tool with customer feedback cards and online reports for each service advisor. Also, it’s a motivational tool with its monthly recognition certificates to proudly display your success. The postcard questionnaires are completed and mailed (we pay the postage!) to our processing center. A color scanning system accurately records the responses and immediately emails or faxes dissatisfied card images. The data is verified for accuracy and posted to your personal password protected website. All scanned card images are available online.
